Welcome to One Click Photo Studio! We're excited to help you capture professional-quality photos in our self-portrait studio. To ensure every guest has a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience, please review our studio policies before your appointment.

Booking & Payment

All sessions must be reserved online.

A valid payment method is required to confirm your booking.

Additional guests (ages 3 and older) and service animals are $20 each and may be added during booking or at your appointment.

Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable, but your session may be rescheduled.

Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time, and your available session time may be shortened.

Studio Session Guidelines

Your reservation begins at your scheduled appointment time, not when you arrive.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and a brief orientation.

Sessions typically include:

20 minutes for taking photos

20 minutes for selecting your favorites

Remaining time for editing, processing, and printing (if applicable)

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be canceled without a refund.

Photography must conclude within the allotted shooting time.

All sessions end at the scheduled finish time to avoid delaying the next reservation.

Studio Equipment & Safety

Your safety is important to us. Our studio contains professional photography equipment that should only be operated by authorized staff.

Please observe the following:

• Do not touch, move, unplug, adjust, or reposition cameras, lighting, monitors, stands, computers, or any other studio equipment.
• Follow all instructions provided by studio staff.
• Children and service animals must be supervised at all times.

Failure to follow these safety guidelines may result in immediate termination of your session without a refund.

By entering the studio, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with professional photography equipment and release One Click Photo Studio, its owners, and employees from liability resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow studio instructions.

Responsibility for Damaged Equipment

Guests are financially responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse to any studio property, including but not limited to:

• Cameras
• Lenses
• Lighting equipment
• Wireless remotes
• Light stands
• Monitors
• iPads
• Computers
• Props
• Backdrop systems and backdrop paper
• Furniture
• Any other studio equipment

Repair or replacement costs will be charged based on the actual cost of the damaged item.

Backdrop Damage

Damaged backdrop paper is charged at:

$15 per foot, measured from the bottom of the backdrop upward.

Additional fees may apply if damage is determined to be intentional or caused by reckless behavior.

Prohibited Items

To help maintain a clean and safe environment, the following are not permitted inside the studio:

• Smoking or vaping
• Alcohol
• Illegal substances
• Confetti
• Glitter
• Powder
• Smoke bombs
• Feathers
• Paint
• Liquids that may stain
• Any item that creates excessive debris, residue, or requires significant cleanup

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Immediate removal from the studio
• Cancellation of the session without refund
• A $500 cleaning and damage fee

Cleaning Policy

Please return the studio in the same condition you found it.

A $100 cleaning fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required after your session.

Guest Conduct

We expect all guests to treat our staff, studio, and equipment with respect.

Unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.

Personal Belongings

One Click Photo Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.

Please double-check the studio before leaving.

Photo Delivery

Your edited photos will be delivered through a secure private online gallery.

Most galleries are available within approximately one hour after your session.

RAW image files are not included or available for purchase.

Right To Refuse

One Click Photo Studio reserves the right to refuse any sessions that presents safety concern.

Agreement

By booking a session and entering One Click Photo Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these studio policies. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, cancellation of your session, or removal from the studio without refund.
